Location : Fargo, ND
Type : Direct Hire, Full Time
Compensation : $30 - $40 / hour, DOE
Position Overview :
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment and precision ag products.
- Conduct or support customer clinics and training programs.
- Ensure vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment are in top condition.
- Maintain a clean work area and follow safety regulations.
- Visit customer sites for field diagnosis and repair.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate :
- Experience with agricultural equipment and precision ag products.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Strong diagnostic and equipment operation skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and a valid driver’s license.
- Reliable, with the ability to lift 75 lbs and work varying shifts.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
