JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary / Objective
Assist property manager in maximizing occupancy, collecting rent, maintaining property
appearance and resident relations.
Essential Functions

1. Greet and welcome visitors, in person or on the telephone; answer or refer inquiries
2. Retrieve messages from voicemail and forward to appropriate personnel.
3. Receive submit, and route mail for applicants
4. Accept and deposit rent payments.
5. Order, receive, and maintain office supplies.
6. Create correspondence both for residents and internal communication
7. Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
8. Issue parking passes; maintain updated information on vehicles.
9. Place maintenance work orders; complete and file paperwork.
10. Pass out flyers and assist with community events
11. Understand and adhere to all applicable affordable programs
12. Adhere and ensure compliance to all Fair Housing laws.
13. All other duties as assigned.

- Ability to multi-task and get interrupted frequently.
Work Environment
This job primarily operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses
standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax
machines. This job may also include outdoor and property work.
