• As a Sr. Quality Specialist you will be responsible for;
• Applying directives, policies, processes, and procedures to ensure regulatory requirements, international standards, and working agreements adhere to quality directives
• Developing scope, schedule, plans, and leads program through system-level audits
• Ensuring compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, regulatory and customer requirements
• Leading quality review process
• Qualifications;
• 6+ years of experience in quality engineering
• Familiarity with continuous improvement strategies
• Experience interfacing with shop floor / production
• Experience working in the aerospace industry is preferred
• Must have great communication skills
• Strong audit experience is a plus
• Familiarity with aerostructure products is a plus
• Experience with Spirit Aerosystems products is a plus

Salary Range : $70K-$95K

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
