OTR Class A Truck Driver
We are seeking experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Drivers for our fleet. This role is perfect for dedicated and professional drivers looking to explore the open road across the 48 contiguous states.
Key Highlights :
- Home Time : Out for 12 days, home for 2.
- Coverage : Primarily East of I-35, but you ll go wherever the freight takes you.
- Mileage : Drivers average 2,200 miles per week.
- Pay : .50-.60 cpm based on Experience
- Freight : 100% no-touch freight; 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload.
- Equipment : Drive 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworth trucks.
- Dispatch : No forced dispatch into NYC or its five boroughs.
- Support : 24 / 7 access to operations specialists ready to assist you.
- Experience minimum of 3 months Additional Benefits :
- Length of Haul : Average of over 600 miles per trip.
- Vacation Package :
- 1 year 1 week
- 3 years 2 weeks
- 7 years 3 weeks
- 15 years 4 weeks
- Compensation :
- Detention Pay : $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
- Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 per day.
- Mileage Bonus : 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity. Requirements :
- Experience minimum of 3 months
- Class A CDL
