We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters, including conducting research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in state and federal court.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on a variety of complex and multi-faceted legal issues.
- Prepare and draft various legal documents such as legal briefs, memorandums, motions, pleadings, and other court filings.
- Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, including pre-trial hearings, trials, and appellate arguments.
- Provide sound legal advice and counsel to clients on a variety of legal matters.
- Collaborate with other attorneys on case preparation and strategy development.
- Participate in client meetings and negotiations, ensuring that clients are well-informed and advised on their legal rights and obligations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and legal trends, and apply this knowledge to benefit our clients and enhance our legal services.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by the state bar association.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in a law firm environment.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Proven experience in conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in state and federal court.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to apply legal principles and precedents to various legal issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
- High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong commitment to client service and demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
