MaxHealth in Bradenton is looking for a Front Office Representative to assist with check-in and check-out functions, collecting co-payments, scheduling patients, answering phones, and provide excellent customer service overall.

Location : 53rd Ave E, Bradenton
Hours : 40 hours per week 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm with some later day flexibility based on patient load. Schedule includes rotating Saturdays.
Starting Salary $17.00 an hour.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Front Office Representative, you are directly involved in ensuring that we always deliver focused and empathetic patient care.
You thrive in this patient-focused environment as you greet patients warmly upon arrival with compassion, schedule appointments, assist patients with any necessary forms or paperwork, and maintain confidentiality throughout daily tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FRONT OFFICE REPRESENATIVE
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Outlook, and Facility software systems required. EMR / EHR experience preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.
