Community West Credit Union is looking for someone ready for the next step in their career as a Frontline Supervisor / Head Teller at our Kentwood Branch .

10 an hour, paid bi-weekly.
- Full-time M - F 8 : 45 AM- 5 : 15 PM 40 hours weekly
- Rotating Saturdays - 8 : 45 AM - 12 : 15 PM

WHAT WILL YOU DO
As a Front Line Supervisor, you will train and supervise the front-line staff / tellers, and assist the manager with daily operations.
You will be responsible for providing members and potential members with the full range of financial services offered by CWCU.
You will also handle escalated member and staff concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide resolutions.

- You can expect one week of onboarding and orientation, followed by a week of job shadowing and being shadowed for the next 2-3 weeks as you become familiar with your new role.
- You will be trained through in-person, hands-on, and online learning. When you are ready, you will transition to assisting members on your own.
- You will meet with your manager weekly, then monthly to develop and achieve personal and professional goals.

Requirements :
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR SUCCESS
- A.A in business or related field and 2 years supervisory experience, or 4 years progressive credit union experience.
- Good problem solving, basic math skills, the ability to count and handle a high volume of cash, balance a teller's drawer and the vault.
- Comfort in using a computer, including GOLD, MS Outlook, and other MS software.
- Excellent listening skills, and ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
- Verbal and written communication skills that project a positive and professional image.
