Responsibilities
- Perform walk-a-round with client at the time of arrival for service
- Determine guest’s primary concern and review additional maintenance
- Provide in depth information about parts and service options
- Produce repair orders for guests including cost and time estimates with full transparency
- Offer transportation options at the time of service
- Follow up the guest on the status of their vehicle throughout the service visit
- Maintain high customer service and satisfaction to dealership standards as measure by surveys from different sources.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all services provided
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree or six months to one-year related experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with windows, ADP / CDK, Tekion systems preferred.
- Ability to work with various extended warranty and fleet-pay companies.
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Write simple correspondence.
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Use computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment.
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to multitask, phone, computer, and live person in front of you Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
