The ideal candidates should Provide direct support to students with behavioral challenges, utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and strategies.

Requirements :
- Bachelor’s (Preferred) or RBT Certification.
- NJ DOE certification.
- New Jersey licensure requirements.
- Behavior Specialist experience required.
- Experience providing Behavioral services for public school students.
Responsibilities :
- provide home and school base Consultation Services, Family Training, Behavioral Support and Behavioral Therapy Services.
- provide home and school Behavioral Therapy, Support, Consultation, and Family Training Services.
- Consultation with school staff and parents.
- Responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior plans, providing training and support to families, and monitoring progress.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
- Attend IEP meetings and provide consultation to school personnel.
- Other duties as assigned by administration.
