Afternoon Shift - Start Immediately!
A national company with a facility in Howard County, Indiana, is currently seeking several Tool and Die Makers for long-term opportunities with their growing team.

Tool and Die Makers rates are anticipated to start between $30 - $40 per hour , based on each candidate’s experience and education.
All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including great medical, dental, and 401k.
Qualified Tool and Die Makers will have most, if not all of the following skills and experience :
- 4 plus years of Tool and Die making experience with the building, repair, and maintaining of dies (Roll Forming, Cut Off, Rotary, Stationery and Fly Dies) or other experience with metal processing Dies will be strongly considered.
- Able to read blueprints, modify, fabricate, or create tooling, including repairs of existing tools / dies.
- Good understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics with ability to make die inserts, and adjust, alter, and set dies for various press configurations.
- Experience with shop tools : mills, lathes, grinders, and welding.
- Solid experience using fork-lifts, die maintenance equipment and overhead cranes.
- Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
