Job Description :
We are seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician who works to achieve the organizational goals through the delivery of healthcare services at a patient-centered medical home.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Examine patients, study their medical records and provide diagnosis.
- Inform patients about complementary health activities and treatments (appropriate diet and exercise).
- Collaborate with the community of providers in order to oversee all the clinical health of the patients in a cohesive manner.
- Oversee and supervise Nurse Practitioners and / or Physician Assistants.
- Physicians are expected to 3 - 4 patients / hr
Qualification / Experience :
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine.
- Valid, Current and Unrestricted State CA license and DEA license.
- Experience with electronic medical records.
- Chinese / Mandarin Fluency is required.
