KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Billing Contract Closeout Specialist to join our Finance and Accounting organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Review and analyze billing contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation for contract closure and resolve any discrepancies or outstanding items
  • Verify billing rates, quantities, and other billing details for accuracy
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing contracts
  • Prepare and submit completion / final invoices to clients in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of contract closure activities and documentation

Qualifications :

  • Minimum three years of recent experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in billing utilizing Deltek Costpoint or higher, contract administration, or a similar role
  • Prior Billing Contract Closeout experience with strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills along with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
