Assistant project manager needed for Construction company!
Will be responsible for supporting senior project management in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction, including but not limited to defining and documenting project objectives and scope, assisting in project execution, and contributing to construction management planning, design, and procedures.
- The APM will also help with bidding and budget coordination, and is expected to assist in leading the project successfully through construction, fit up and close out.
- This role involves ensuring all key performance indicators are met, with any risks and deviations communicated to upper management.
- The ASP will help oversee vendors, consultants, and contractors assigned to the project, serving as an advisor, subject matter expert, and resource to project staff to resolve technical or operational issues.
- Report to Superintendent and Senior Project Manager and is accountable for meeting the needs and priorities of the project.
- Will need to use own vehicle to pick up samples from vendors.

Qualifications :
- 3-5 years in construction administration / management
- In depth understanding of construction procedures, methodologies, processes, and project management principles
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong communication skills and follow through
