Job Summary :
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medication Aide for a fast-track hire to provide home care services to clients.
The primary responsibility of this role is to assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication management, and ensuring the comfort and safety of clients.
Qualifications :
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medication Aide
- Strong work ethic and a genuine desire to assist others
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and their families
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Physical capability to help clients with mobility and personal care tasks
Responsibilities :
- Deliver personalized care services to clients in their homes, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Support clients with mobility and transfers as required
- Prepare and serve well-balanced meals in accordance with dietary restrictions
- Administer medication as per prescription and provide medication management support
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
- Record accurate and detailed care notes and promptly report any changes in clients' conditions to the supervising healthcare professional
Additional Requirements :
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in home care or similar settings would be advantageous
