Spiritual Life Leader
John Knox Village is seeking a compassionate Spiritual Life Leader who possesses a deep understanding of spiritual and religious practices, and the ability to provide emotional and spiritual support to people from diverse backgrounds.
As a Leader, you will offer counseling and organize community events that foster spiritual growth and unity. You will also be expected to collaborate with other community leaders and organizations to address the spiritual needs of John Knox Village Residents.
The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to inspire and motivate others. You should be well-versed in various spiritual traditions and open to learning and incorporating new practices that resonate with John Knox Village Residents.
The successful candidate will have a strong sense of integrity, a commitment to service, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and care.

John Knox Village is a not-for-profit Life Care Retirement Community offering a full range of independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing care options for more than 1,000 senior residents on our 70-acre campus, located in Pompano Beach, convenient to major highways and transportation options.
- Bachelors or Masters in spirituality, theology, counseling, or ministry preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of a wide variety of religious traditions.
- Clinical Pastoral education preferred
- Ordained member of the clergy, In good standing from a long-standing religious tradition preferred
