Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the case management department, including staffing, budgeting, and policy implementation
- Ensures the provision of comprehensive departmental services in compliance with all regulatory agencies and healthcare system requirements
- Demonstrates responsible management of all departmental resources
- Demonstrates clinical / technical and managerial competency and ensures staff professional needs are me
- Monitor and report on quality metrics and outcomes
- Collect and analyze data related to patient outcomes, resource utilization, and departmental performance
- Oversee the discharge planning process to ensure safe and timely patient discharges
- Manage the department’s budget and resources effectively
Qualifications
- BSN, Master's preferred
- CA RN License
- 3 years leadership experience in high-volume CM programs in a Large hospital
