LEASE PURCHASE :
- 29% compensation increase :
- $1.50 per loaded mile
- $1.15 per empty mile
- Improved Stop Off Pay and $0.02 Productivity Incentive Pay
- Monthly Bonuses
- 1-Day Paid Orientation
- Drive a 2023 Freightliner Cascadia, 2023 Peterbilt 579 Ultraloft or 2023 Volvo VNL 860
- Drivers can pick their desired build, road ready immediately following orientation
- 33-month long ownership program
- $800-$1,000 depending on type of equipment
- Payment deducted weekly via payroll settlements

CDL-A Independent Contractor truck driver requirements :
- At least 21 years of ag
- Valid CDL-A
- At least 6 months over the road experience, otherwise willing to go with Trainer.
- No more than 3 moving violations in last 36 months
- No more than 2 incidents or accidents in last 36 months
- Must be able to meet and pass all medical / DOT requirements
