The Neurosciences team specializes in the research and development of drugs for the treatment of neurological and psychiatric diseases that address largely unmet medical needs.
The Territory Manager's primary responsibility is to meet Customer needs and achieve budgeted sales goals within assigned geography for injectable, buy & bill products.

Required Skills / Experiences
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
2+ years of Specialty Pharmaceutical / Biotech Sales Experience required. Hospital Sales experience preferred.
2+ yrs experience in Movement Disorder / Physiatry / Injectable or Buy and Bill reimbursement environment helpful.
Proven and documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals / objectives. Successful product launch sales performance highly preferred.
Demonstrated high quality communication and interpersonal skills.
Must possess excellent analytical skills.
Proficient computer skills (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel based on needs of territory. Overnight travel will be required including some weekends.
Responsibilties
Meet Customer Needs and achieve budgeted sales goals within assigned geography.
Meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop strong, long term relationships with key customers.
Utilize a consultative selling process to present and promote products for approved indications. Demonstrate professional, compliant and ethical behavior during all customer interactions.
Detail / sample customers with appropriate frequency.
Develop, maintain and execute territory business / action plan.
Maintain high proficiency of product / disease state knowledge, precision market data and marketplace dynamics.
Maintain extensive knowledge of Managed Care, GPO''s, VA-DOD, Specialty Pharmacy, Medicare Part B, and State Medicaid selling and reimbursement environments / strategies.
Maintain close contact with reimbursement trends within territory.
Communicate and support corporate Managed Markets initiatives within territory.
Demonstrate effective "Total Office Call" and "Hospital" Selling Skills.
Utilize Medical Affairs when appropriate and within Company commercial policy.
Allocate and budget resources within territory based on best ROI analysis.
Identify and maintain customer database utilizing Sales Force Automation System. Provide accurate feedback on promotional strategies and resources to Regional Business Manager.
Assist others in problem solving when appropriate.
Analyze sales and market trends to effectively identify future business opportunities.
Utilize precision marketing data to adjust selling strategies / tactics at both customer and territory level. Partner, support and enhance local advocacy relationships within territory.
Attend and participate in sales meetings / workshops.
Meet and accurately complete all administrative requirements within established timeframes.
Promote and maintain compliance with Company promotional and commercial policies.
