Must-Haves :
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Unity, ideally working across core systems, gameplay mechanics, UI / UX design, and multiplayer features
- Ability to excel in high-pressure, fast-moving environments where both speed and quality are crucial
- A growth-oriented mindset, ready to embrace the challenges that come with working in a young, dynamic startup
- Self-motivated and proactive, with strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end features
Nice-to-Haves :
- Extensive knowledge of rendering and graphics pipelines
- Experience with resource loading in game engines
- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Familiarity with scripting languages used in game engines, such as JavaScript or Lua
- Experience with JavaScript-based UI tools (e.g., Coherent Gameface)
- At least 1 year of experience with React or similar web UI frameworks
- Background in mobile app development
- Over 1 year of experience with backend technologies, ideally with AWS
- Experience working on multiplayer projects, whether within Unity or other games, such as MMOs
