The Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP is currently seeking a mid-level associate with outstanding credentials and qualifications to join our Healthcare & Life Sciences group.
Ideal candidates will have 3-6 years of healthcare related transactional experience. The group has extensive experience in advising clients on a diverse array of critical healthcare matters, including federal and multi-state considerations, transaction structuring, and pivotal statutes like the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, state anti-kickback laws, and the Federal False Claims Act.
Additionally, the group handles everyday regulatory considerations that significantly affect healthcare and life sciences companies as well as their related vendors.
