Job Title : Speech Therapist Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy - Speech Therapy Job Duration : November to January Shift : Monday to Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week Experience : Rehab Optima Experience Preferred License : State License Verification Required Certifications : CPR (Fundamental Facilities), MMR, Hep B or Declination, Tdap or Declination, Flu shot or Declination Must-Have : - Completion of credentialing checklist including criminal background checks, multi-state criminal and sex offender searches, and federal criminal checks - HHS / OIG Search - GSA Search - Social Security Number Trace - 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray - SAM Search - Maryland State Background Job Description : Provide coverage for speech therapy services from November to January- Ensure accurate and compassionate assessment and treatment plans for patients- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and regulations- Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Enhance patient care through continuous improvement and dedication to rehabilitation therapy
