Company Description

DEN Urban Dog Retreat is a members-only dog wellness facility located in Los Angeles, CA. We use holistic techniques in a nurturing environment to naturally balance dogs' energy and health.

Our aim is to elevate dogs and their humans to higher states of consciousness and deeper connections. We offer wellness consulting, training, grooming, daycare, and various holistic services to promote positive energy and nurturing care for dogs.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Coordinator & Office Administrator at DEN Urban Dog Retreat. The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for receptionist duties, such as greeting clients, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.

The Office Administrator will provide administrative assistance, including managing paperwork, organizing files, and supporting day-to-day operations at the facility.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for daycare, grooming, and spa services.
  • Invoice clients accurately and manage payment processing.
  • Create and manage forms and documents using Google Docs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Promote DEN’s holistic wellness services and products to clients.

Qualifications :

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and phone etiquette.
  • Experience in appointment scheduling and receptionist duties.
  • Strong administrative assistance and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in computer and office software.
  • Experience in veterinary medicine or a related field is a plus.
  • Passion for holistic health care and a genuine love for animals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
