Your Key Responsibilities
- Partner with our passionate technical staff to develop proposal submissions that set us apart from the pack, flexing and developing your skills in writing, project management, and layout / design
- Provide marketing support for all aspects of the pursuit process including workflow coordination, go assessments, resource requirements, technical content needs, interview coaching, and debriefs.
- Prepare high-impact materials including proposals, presentations qualifications, and other communications in line with Stantec's visual brand and written voice
- Work with marketing, public relations, and technical partners on targeted publications, e-campaigns, promotional material, and key conferences / tradeshows.
- Maintain Stantec's internal marketing data bases for information related to people, projects, pursuits, and promotional activities
Qualifications
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; able to effectively balance conflicting priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and tools and experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- A desire to be part of a team that supports each other, and values work-life balance.
- Ability to work effectively within a group, as well as independently, and enjoy working with different personality styles and management levels, both in-person and virtually.
- A passion for people, building trust, and fostering solid relationships.
- Must be able to thrive in a deadline driven environment.
Education and Experience
- Post-Secondary degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or an equivalent level of experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Experience in the AEC industry.
- Experience in the transportation and community development fields are a plus, but not required.

Salary Range(s) :
- $32.36 - $46.92 Min / Max Pay Range for postings located in CO and HI
- $34.71 - $50.34 Min / Max Pay Range for postings located in WA and DC
- SF Area $37.07 / Other CA Areas $32.36 - SF Area $53.75 / Other CA Areas $50.34 Min / Max Pay Range for postings located in CA (SF Area includes SF, SJS & WLC)
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.

Temporary / casual employees have access to 401(k) plans, employee stock purchase program, and paid leave, in accordance with state and local law.
