Your Responsibilities :

As a Security Service Technician, you will :

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot access control, surveillance, and intrusion systems for commercial clients.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and quality checks to ensure all systems meet safety and operational standards.
• Work closely with project managers and clients to deliver secure and efficient installations.
• Maintain detailed records of service calls and ensure compliance with client specifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering technical guidance.

What You Bring to the Table :

• Experience : 2+ years in low-voltage security installations and service, with a focus on access control and surveillance.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency with systems such as Lenel, AMAG, or Bosch is a plus.
• Blueprint Reading : Ability to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.
• Customer Focus : Strong communication skills and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Schedule Flexibility : Willingness to workdays, nights, or weekends as needed.
• Licensing : Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background Check : Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
