Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Managers join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our product lifecycle, from conception to launch.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and product development processes, enabling them to drive product strategies that align with PMG Company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives of PMG Company.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Develop and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product iterations and improvements.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
  • Facilitate regular product meetings and updates with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to keep PMG Company at the forefront of product innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and project management practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in user experience design and customer journey mapping is a plus.
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) is preferred.
