Restaurant Manager
Milsoms in Dedham is buzzing, lively brasserie with 80 covers (plus another 60 on the outside terrace); the restaurant is open all day, every day with a no-booking policy.
We are looking for a customer facing restaurant manager with proven experience in an F&B role.
- To manage the front of house team and ensure excellent restaurant service from the whole team
- Create a fortnightly rota to cover all day dining from breakfast to closing
- Leading by example, creating a team effort and keeping training in all areas up to date for the whole team Bar, baristas, restaurant service
- To have a can do attitude and always looking to improve upon service that is offered and working with the hotel manager
- To ensure the private dining rooms are managed at all times
