Under supervision this position is a key multi-skilled position within the units. Collaborates with team members to coordinate unit activities and flow of information between teams and other entities.

Required Qualifications :
Coursework / Training : Completion of a Medical Terminology course within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Coursework / Training : Pharmacology
- Coursework / Training : Satisfactory completion of Health Unit Coordinator training.
- Upon hire : Certification by the National Association of Health Unit Coordinators
- Six monts : Experience in health care activities or institutional setting.
