Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.
- Maintain organized files and records, ensuring easy access to information.
- Support various projects and initiatives by conducting research and gathering information.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflows and improve processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
