About the Role :

As a Marketing Manager at Mediatool, you will drive our marketing efforts in North America, focusing on executing targeted strategies to generate leads and fuel business growth.

Collaborating with our global marketing and sales teams, you'll enhance brand visibility and contribute to ambitious revenue goals.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role offers the chance to make a direct impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Marketing Efforts : Drive marketing activities across the US, including advertising, content, digital campaigns, events, and PR, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities : Scout new channels, partnerships, and events that enhance brand visibility and accelerate customer acquisition.
  • Build Strong Networks : Establish relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to position Mediatool as a leader in the market.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends : Continuously monitor industry shifts, new technologies, and emerging best practices to ensure our strategies remain fresh and innovative.
  • Collaborate for Success : Partner with sales and other internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and fuel revenue growth.

Who you are :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in a marketing role with a strong focus on digital, content, and PR strategies.
  • Capable of translating market trends and customer insights into actionable marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication skills and a history of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Innovative with a knack for managing multiple projects, driving continuous improvement, and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Proficient with marketing platforms, CRM systems, and automation tools.
  • Proven ability to foster relationships with media, influencers, and partners to amplify brand awareness.
