As a Production Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality manufacturing and logistical activities related to our products, while maintaining a safe working environment.
Position Title : Production Technician
Reporting To : Production Supervisor
Responsibilities Include :
- Safely and accurately manufacturing our products using automated batching processes.
- Ensuring the safe shipping and receiving of bulk and packaged materials.
- Maintaining or exceeding quality and safety standards set by the company.
- Coordinating production facility maintenance, upgrades, and process development.
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards in the production facility and warehouse.
- Maintaining accurate reports of activities and procedures.
- Building strong relationships with fellow ACM staff members.
- Assisting with research & development activities and supporting other company representatives as directed.
- Performing other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
Requirements :
- High School diploma with a minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing and warehouse environments.
- Proficiency in following standard operating procedures.
- Experience operating PLC-based automated manufacturing processes.
- Certified forklift operator (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance with company policies, including being a non-smoker / vapor and COVID vaccinated.
