We're seeking an Administrative Sales Support to support our client, a prominent food processing company in East Rutherford, NJ.
As a Logistics Clerk, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and monitor customer order pickups with freight carriers.
- Manage inbound import containers and collaborate with Customs Brokers for clearance.
- Monitor and track export shipments and manage received inventory.
- Provide regular updates and report any discrepancies.
- Support Inventory Control by investigating inventory discrepancies.
- Assist in physically verifying customer order pulls.
- Handle filing, answer phones, and greet drivers and visitors.
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
Skills Required :
- Experience with Inventory Control processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Compensation and Schedule :
- Monday to Friday
- 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
- $19.00
