Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is partnering with one of our largest clients to find a Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations for multiple physician groups. This is a
hybrid
position near the Jacksonville, FL area.
This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!
Responsibilities of the Finance Manager :
- Working closely with the Finance Director, serve as both a controller and financial operations leader, managing all financial aspects for multiple physician practices within the market
- Interact with a wide group of stakeholders from physicians to executives, building financial reports and presenting data-driven decisions
Requirements for the Finance Manager :
- 5 years of finance experience within a healthcare environment
- Expertise in data and financial analytics and presentation tools (Essbase, Axiom, and Tableau are ideal)
- Background working with multi-specialty, physician practices
- Managed Service Organization (MSO) business model experience is necessary
- Experience building and managing physician compensation plans
- Bachelor’s Degree is required, Master’s Degree in healthcare or business administration is preferred
Compensation, Benefits, Schedule for the Finance Manager :
- $95,000-$125,000 base salary, with bonus incentive
- Full benefits package (medical / dental / pto / etc.)
- Schedule is M-F, Hybrid (Specific days to be discussed)
- Roughly 25%-40% travel expected
