About the Role : The Accounting Specialist role is perfect for someone highly motivated, dedicated, and customer service-driven.

Key Responsibilities :
- Handle Accounts Payable duties, including invoice coding, routing, approval, and quality control review.
- Assist with new vendor setup, enrollment, and data collection (W9 and payment options).
- Respond to external and internal inquiries related to vendor invoicing and payment statuses.
- Complete monthly Sales and Use Tax Reporting for various states.
- Process weekly ACH and Check runs.
- Manage product invoices from third-party suppliers, including processing, approval, and dispute resolution.
- Assist with month-end reporting and review of operating expense lines.
- Undertake other finance and accounting tasks, reconciliations, special projects, and responsibilities as assigned.
Candidate Requirements :
- Associates in Accounting or Finance
- 1+ years experience in Accounts Payable; New grads are welcome!!
