Position : Mitigation Technician / Skilled Laborer

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated Mitigation Technician / Skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in our efforts to restore properties affected by water, fire, and mold damage.

As a Mitigation Technician / Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for assessing damage, executing mitigation plans, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough assessments of water, fire, and mold damage
• Develop and implement effective mitigation plans
• Operate and maintain specialized equipment for water extraction, drying, and dehumidification
• Perform various skilled labor tasks such as demolition, carpentry, and repairs
• Monitor and document the progress of mitigation efforts
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective project completion
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
• Previous experience in mitigation, restoration, or skilled labor preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment
• Proficiency in various skilled labor tasks such as carpentry and repairs
