A prestigious personal injury law firm located in Silver Spring MD seeks a full time experienced Office Manager. Must be completely proficient in Microsoft Office and should be well-versed in general accounting and bookkeeping principles.
Attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality are of utmost importance. Office management, Bookkeeping or prior work in a service industry are all a plus.
Duties :
- Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Bank Reconciliations
- Preparation of Accounting Reports
- Maintenance of General Ledger
- Client Billing
- Budgets
- Benefits Administration
- Interface with Accountant
- Supply Inventory and Ordering
- Payroll
- Handle building management company
Requirements :
- Full Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Understanding of General Accounting Principles
- QuickBooks and Outlook proficiency
- Commitment to honesty, accuracy, confidentiality
- Previous Law Firm, Office Manager, and Bookkeeping experience is a plus
The ideal candidate should be a reliable, proactive, resourceful, adaptable and a quick learner. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
Hours are generally Monday through Friday, 9-530pm (hours can be flexible, but definitely full time). Full benefit package offered.
