Key ResponsibilitiesProvide management and guidance to the estimating team, ensuring quality and compliance with company standardsOversee the preparation and delivery of all estimating deliverables, verifying the reasonableness of estimated costsReview contract documents and ensure appropriate risk and contingencies are applied in estimatesRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Minimum of 12 years of related work experience in the construction industryFamiliarity with project controls software such as HCSS Heavy Bid and Primavera scheduling softwareClear understanding of construction contract documents, drawings, and specificationsDemonstrated leadership experience in a similar role is preferred
