- Short-Term Commitment : A 3-month contract with the possibility of extension or transition to permanent placement.

Role Essentials :
- Active LPN License : Current licensure as a Practical Nurse in New York.
- CPR Certification : Must be CPR certified (BLS or ALS).
- Compliance : Adherence to all State and Federal laws for employment in a Nursing Facility.
- Clinical Skills : Strong assessment skills and the ability to work independently.
- Communication Prowess : Excellent communication skills with a patient-first approach.
