Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Overflow unit for winter census in ED Holding RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite.

Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR. 12hr NIGHTS (Tuesday-Thursday schedule with occasional weekends) Will only accept 36HRS.

Unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks+ up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the Unit through the Holidays! FLOATING REQUIRED as needed to similar units.

Ratios : 1 : 6-7. Patient Population : General Surgery and Medical Tele. Cardiac telemetry / medical telemetry. Various diagnosis requiring either medical intervention or surgical procedures.

Including medical tele patients. Overflow for winter census. Daily Census 18. PYXIS, EPIC, SBAR. Certifications Required : ACLS, BCLS, with NIH preferred.

Skills Required : IV Start and Telemetry. Minimum Experience Required : 2 years or 1 year with travel exp. Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler : Yes.

36hrs of Orientation. Scrubs : Navy Blue.
