Sr. Accounts Payable Manager
Located near Fair Lawn, NJ
A healthcare company located near Fair Lawn, NJ is looking for a strong Sr. Accounts Payable Manager.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Analyzing invoice / expense reports
- Process invoices for various properties
- Process invoices for set monthly expenses
- Review purchase orders, contracts, invoices, or payment discrepancies when necessary
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements as necessary
- A heavy volume of invoices related to purchase and work orders
- Post and review invoices for accuracy and proper authorizations
- Ensure that all payments are applied to the correct code description
Qualifications :
- Must have prior nursing home experience
- Must have experience for high volume in accounting, accounts payable, system implementation
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or related
- Must have experience with ACH / electronic payments and cash management
- Must have experience with Excel
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Track, manage, and adhere to strict deadlines
- Able to manage multiple tasks at a time, knowing how to prioritize tasks and get the job done
- Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
