Description
Assist / support quality initiatives by ensuring the product meets MiTek's requirements at each stage of its manufacturing process, conducting relevant inspections and testing;
and where necessary, communicate and take corrective action to rectify non-conformance issues. Report quality issues data within the Integrated Management System and develop methods for improving product quality.

Experience following test methods
Experience operation / maintaining instrumentation

3 years bench experience
2 year tech certificate (not required)

Soft Skills
Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to read blueprints. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills : Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability : Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions offered in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
