A company is looking for a Staffing Consultant to analyze physician staffing needs and manage locum tenens assignments for business clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngage clients to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate staffing solutionsRecruit new providers and market available locum tenens assignments to themMaintain accurate information in the company database and provide regular reports on activitiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experienceOne to three years of experience in telemarketing, sales, staffing, and / or marketingIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software applicationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignmentsFlexibility to adapt to new business environments and work with minimal supervision
