Praxis Engineering is hiring Systems Engineers and System Architects to design, monitor, and verify delivered innovative cyber solutions to our nation's critical challenges.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, schedule driven, and a successful communicator. Demonstrated ability with Systems Engineering artifact creation, Configuration Management, the CNO mission, and formal Test Event planning and execution will enable success.

What you will be doing :

As a Systems Engineer you will :

• Create, control, and schedule the complete set of required System Engineering Artifacts
• Execute the CDRL program, including ensuring accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and acceptance of all artifacts
• Collaborate with team members, co-contractors / vendors, and customer stakeholders

What you need :

• Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related technical discipline from an accredited college or university
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the respective domain
• Ability to generate and maintain a program schedule of discrete tasks, milestones and deliveries, variable on dependencies and tolerant of change
• Ability to create Configuration Control documentation baseline
• Skilled technical writer capable of creating and / or contributing to contractual required documents
• Ability to decompose design characteristics and schedule considerations into well scoped, finite, achievable software development tasks in a commercial tool (such as Jira)
• Experience with a commercial Systems Architecture diagraming tool (such as Cameo Enterprise Architect)
• Experience with CMMI, INCOSE, etc. SE standards and practices

Clearance : Active TS / SCI is required to be considered for this role
