Job Title : Technical Product Manager
Location : Hybrid, needs to go onsite twice per month for a few days (every other week) in Philadelphia, PA
Duration : 2-12 months+ contract
The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic development and management of technology products, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy to all relevant stakeholders, translating business objectives into actionable product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to build and enhance products that deliver value to customers and the business.
- Prioritize product features and backlog items, using data-driven decision-making to optimize for product success and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
- Analyze product performance metrics and gather customer feedback to inform continuous product improvement and innovation.
REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Strong technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
