Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, this role is responsible for managing a defined set of products within a franchise.

Manages key product brands through life cycle, develops product materials / collateral, and collaborates with global commercial teams to drive product penetration.

Leads new product development through development / execution of marketing, project, and launch plans as part of the NPD process.

Liaises with regional marketing teams across the globe to execute strategy. Analyses market and prepares relevant competitive and financial analysis.

Skilled in market segmentation, pricing and forecasting as well as allocation oversight if needed. Supports KOLs and stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

Works closely with Sr. Director of Marketing and country marketing leads to develop and drive the franchise Global Product Plan, which includes new products, new indications, claim development, and product exit strategies globally.

Sr. Marketing Manager acts as marketing lead for NPD process to drive marketing deliverables through key NPD milestones and the launch of new products.

Develops and maintains customer relationships, interacts with KOLs and manages surgeon consultant(s). Consolidates voice of customer feedback to understand new unmet needs in market, surgical techniques, and market dynamics.

Works closely with Global Sales leadership, regional and country marketing leads to drive assigned product lines.

  • Collaborates with commercial marketing teams to develop downstream marketing plans for assigned product franchise. These plans may include :
  • Limited product launch and full launch plans for assigned product.
  • Participates in developing training plans and training content as needed.
  • Works with manufacturing planners to forecast product needs and ensure adequate demo and launch inventory.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Travel : Domestic and International up to 25%
  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience with the majority specific to the medical device industry
  • 3+ years marketing experience preferred.
  • Engineering experience preferred.
