  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in your region.
  • Masterful at building relationships with customers, engineers, and mechanical contractors.

  • In charge of growing the region from an established book of business while also winning new
  • business.
  • Your input will help drive new product development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify opportunities in the assigned region to increase sales
  • Travel throughout the assigned region to present Hays product solutions
  • Educate customers on Hays Fluid Controls value proposition
  • Utilize the CRM system to manage customer relationships
  • Survey the geographic territory and annually document an optimal strategy for each market
  • Manage relationships with manufacturer representative firms and assist with training and product presentation meetings.
  • Carryout meetings directly with building owners, contractors and engineers
  • Obtain competitive information and product opportunities not currently served by Hays
  • Coordinate with the Hays quality department on any potential issues
  • Attend and provide coverage to major national and regional trade shows
  • Provide information for Forecast and Budget preparation

What We Offer

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous Outside B2B Technical Sales Experience Preferred
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
