- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in your region.
- Masterful at building relationships with customers, engineers, and mechanical contractors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify opportunities in the assigned region to increase sales
- Travel throughout the assigned region to present Hays product solutions
- Educate customers on Hays Fluid Controls value proposition
- Utilize the CRM system to manage customer relationships
- Survey the geographic territory and annually document an optimal strategy for each market
- Manage relationships with manufacturer representative firms and assist with training and product presentation meetings.
- Carryout meetings directly with building owners, contractors and engineers
- Obtain competitive information and product opportunities not currently served by Hays
- Coordinate with the Hays quality department on any potential issues
- Attend and provide coverage to major national and regional trade shows
- Provide information for Forecast and Budget preparation
What We Offer
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous Outside B2B Technical Sales Experience Preferred
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
