Role Description
This is a part time (20 hrs per week) House Manager / Personal Assistant job located in Santa Monica, CA. Must be in person, no remote option.
Tasks included but not limited to :
- Online bill pay and digital scanning
- Digital scanning and filing of records
- Managing small house projects and household activities
- Running errands
- Grocery shopping
- Managing schedules
- Organization
- Light laundry
- Light cleaning
- Healthy snack preparation
- Organizing travel
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to self start and jump into projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous 3-5 years in this role required
