Role Description

This is a part time (20 hrs per week) House Manager / Personal Assistant job located in Santa Monica, CA. Must be in person, no remote option.

Tasks included but not limited to :

  • Online bill pay and digital scanning
  • Digital scanning and filing of records
  • Managing small house projects and household activities
  • Running errands
  • Grocery shopping
  • Managing schedules
  • Organization
  • Light laundry
  • Light cleaning
  • Healthy snack preparation
  • Organizing travel

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to self start and jump into projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Previous 3-5 years in this role required
