TikTok is seeking a highly organized and innovative Senior Content Strategy and Operation Manager to oversee and optimize content strategies for our eCommerce platform.
This role is vital in ensuring seamless content production, distribution, and engagement across various TikTok eCommerce channels.
As the Content Operation Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, increase product visibility, and drive conversion rates.
Your main responsibility will be to curate and manage compelling content that aligns with our business objectives, while continuously refining processes for operational excellence.
Responsibilities : - Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy tailored to TikTok’s eCommerce platform, aligning with business goals and seasonal trends.
- Lead the creation of educational materials, tutorials, best practice guides, and updates on policies and platform features tailored for eCommerce sellers- Track content performance using analytics tools and generate reports to assess content effectiveness.
- Provide actionable insights to improve user engagement, conversion rates, and overall eCommerce experience.- Work closely with marketing, product, design, and data teams to ensure content aligns with TikTok’s eCommerce vision.
- Streamline content workflows and processes to ensure efficient production and timely execution.- Conduct regular audits to maintain consistency and quality across all content types and channels.
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in content strategy and operations, preferably within eCommerce or digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, eCommerce strategies, and content management systems (CMS).- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in data analysis, with a focus on content performance metrics and reporting.- Strong collaboration and communication skills;
ability to work across teams and regions. Preferred Qualifications - A deep passion for content and shopping.- A Master's degree in related fields (MBA) preferred.
