About the Role

In this role, you will develop, execute and drive inclusive merchandise strategies that delight the customer while meeting or exceeding the financial goals of the business.

As the commercial backbone of the product development process, you will work closely with your cross-functional partners using customer insights, market data, and business performance to bring great products to market that amaze and delight our customers.

You will own the product-level P and L, drive results, and closely monitor the health of your categories ensuring product and assortments are commercially viable and drive profitable growth.

You are customer curious and put the customer at the forefront of every idea, decision, and interaction, with empathy for their experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Create the operational pathway and process (short and long-term) to deliver the Old Navy Partnerships and Collaboration strategy.
  • Provide perspective on market, supplier, and partnership opportunities & alignment with goals and / or internal strengths.
  • Identify key partnerships and 3rd party opportunities that complement the assortment across the family, align with customer needs and Old Navy value equation.
  • Manage and identify supplier and partnership relationships and contracts.
  • Build strong and effective working relationships with key cross-functional partners, suppliers, and partners.
  • Align resources appropriately within own team and cross-functionally to build an organization that is set up for success.

Who You Are

  • Deep knowledge of Collaborations, 3rd Party and Partnerships in a retail environment.
  • Understanding of product development, supply chain, and supplier / vendor management systems and processes.
  • Demonstrate agility in leadership style and flexibility of approach; has the ability to think strategically (high-level) and tactically (to drive execution).
  • Must be the market-facing expert for both household names and up-and-coming brands.
  • Experience in leading a Partnerships / Collaborations-centric marketplace or division.
  • Experience collaborating with and driving a cross-functional team that spans multiple facets of vertical retail, i.e., Marketing, Design, etc.

Salary Range : $152,500 - $202,000 USD

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location.

We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county, and state requirements.
