- Handling, updating and assisting day-to-day loan consultant concerns / queries.
- Assisting Marketing Assistant / BM's on pre-screening document / requirements submitted by Loans Consultant.
- Boost sales engagement of assigned Loans Consultant per branch on delivering new / renewal accounts.
- Assist in Recruitment and Onboarding of new Loans Consultant
- Escalate concerns, complaints and other issues being encountered to immediate supervisor for quick kills and implement approved solutions case to case basis.
- Assist / Execute programs implemented by Trade Marketing Department.
Key Requirements :
- 1-2 Years Experience or Graduate of any 4-year business related course, relevant experience in Banking and Finance.
- Process Oriented and Technology-Inclined, organized and can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Can communicate confidentially - both written and verbal, able liase in all department and stakeholders.
