Superintendent Ground-Up Construction

What You’ll Do :
- Oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Lead and manage onsite teams, from subcontractors to site safety personnel, to ensure a smooth and safe construction process.
- Collaborate with project managers and key stakeholders to align project goals and execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues, keeping the project moving forward.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met.
Who You Are :
- 5+ years of experience leading ground-up construction projects $30M and up .
- Proven leadership in coordinating large project teams and subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality control.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to keep projects running smoothly.
- A results-driven mindset, with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
